We want you to love your Neon North Clothing purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
How to Return

Log in to your Neon North account at account.neonnorthclothing.com to submit a return request directly from your order history.
- Select the order and items you'd like to return and follow the prompts.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions by email.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
- If Log in does not work reach out to us at info@neonnorthclothing.com with your Order number in subject line.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
- We currently don't offer direct exchanges
- Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like
